Heritage
The heritage of Perales de Tajuña stands out for its historical and archaeological richness. Particularly noteworthy is the Risco de las Cuevas, a National Monument since 1931, a group of artificial caves of medieval origin with pre-Roman and Roman antecedents. In the historic centre, highlights include the Church of Santa María del Castillo, in Baroque style, the remains of the former medieval fortress, the Baroque fountain of La Mariblanca and the Town Hall, dating from the 18th century, as well as natural spaces such as the Tajuña Greenway.
