Minimum age
From 16 with adult authorization. No additional requirements for those over 18.
ID document
National ID, passport or residence permit at pickup. The deposit is held on a card under the holder's name.
Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards. Payment is processed online when you complete the booking.
Flexible cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24h before the rental starts. Free date changes subject to availability.

What is Turicleta?
Turicleta is a mobile application that allows you to discover tourist destinations and rent bicycles to explore the city in an ecological, fun, and healthy way. We offer guided tours and bicycle rentals with stations located at strategic points.
How do I book a bike tour?
From the main screen, explore the available tours in the "Tours" section. Select the tour that interests you, review the details (duration, points of interest, level of difficulty), choose date and time, and confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation by email.

How do I update my profile information?
Go to your profile by tapping the user icon in the upper right corner. From there, select "Edit profile" where you can update your photo, name, email, phone, and language and notification preferences. Changes are saved automatically when you exit the editing screen.
