This route starts from the surroundings of Lanjarón, the natural gateway to the Granada Alpujarra, and progressively delves into a landscape of mid-mountain characterized by rural tracks, agricultural paths, and open views of Sierra Nevada.
The route ascends continuously but gradually towards the slopes that dominate the valley, crossing ancient traditional paths linked to irrigation channels and terraced cultivation areas. As altitude is gained, the surroundings become more open and panoramic, with excellent views over Lanjarón and the contrast between the mountain range and the lower Alpujarra.
The highlight of the route is the panoramic swing, a highly photographed spot that offers a sense of spaciousness and connection with the landscape, ideal as a stopping point for enjoyment. From here, the route returns following the same path, allowing for a controlled descent without technical surprises.
