Moderate About this route
A simple and undemanding BTT route that reveals part of the extensive peneplain of the Campo de Romanos descending to the vicinity of Daroca. The route starts from Villarroya del Campo surrounding the hill of the Castle to climb the small stream of the Cañada, where we may encounter some sections with water and mud. The route surrounds the muela of Carranento along good firm paths between dryland fields until reaching the edge of the extensive plain at La Lanza. At that point, a dizzying descent begins that takes us to the Industrial Park, from where an optional link of 1.7 km leads us to Daroca. We continue ascending along the rambla of the Mina until we reach Retascón. We leave the town ascending along the road, attentive to take shortly a path to the right that will take us flat without difficulty back to Villarroya del Campo.
