About this route

Circular route that departs from Alcalá de la Selva and ascends to Hoya Millán via the cemetery climb. From there, it continues to Loma del Señor, crossing it to reach the boundary with the term of Cedrillas at Masada de la Fuendelada de Abajo. We will ascend along the road to Masada del Altico and from there climb the track to Lomas Bajas and from there to Chaparral Alto. We will cycle through Chaparral Alto and if we still have strength, we can divert to climb Portillo Ramiro. We will return to the Route to continue to the road of Cabra de Mora, from which we will return again to the Village.

San Roque and Loreto Hermitages

The two hermitages are adjacent, connected by the apse, forming an architectural ensemble although they were not built at the same time. They are constructed of masonry and stonework, and have distinct construction styles: for example, one of them features a star-shaped ribbed vault made of brick, while the other is covered with a groin vault.
