Does the app guide me during the course of my route?

Yes, the app includes an interactive map that shows your position in real time and indicates the points of interest (POIs) along the way.

Where can I see my active, past, or upcoming reservations?

You can check all the information about your bookings in the Bookings tab of the bottom bar, or in the "Your routes" section within your Profile.

How do I place the baby car seat?
  1. Place the baby seat behind the saddle of the bike.
  2. Use the red thread to guide you and adjust the seat on the bike.
  3. Once adjusted, tie the seat to the bottom of the seat for better support.

And it would be installed!

What are Points of Interest (POIs)?

They are prominent places such as monuments, viewpoints, or restaurants that you will find along the routes. Each one includes a description, photos, and location on the map.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

On the login screen, click on "Forgot your password?" and enter your email to receive a recovery link.

How can I return my bicycle to complete my reservation?
  1. Enter the Station, and head towards the free docking station.
  2. Place the bike in its dock and push it until you hear “clack”. An amber light will turn on.
  3. Confirm in the app that you have left the bike in its place.

And it would be charging!

Remember to confirm that you have completed your adventure in the app once you complete this process.

How do I access the inside of the station to take the bicycle?

Depending on the type of station, there are two methods:

  • PIN Code: The app generates a code that you must enter on the physical keyboard of the station.
  • Automatic Unlock: You press a button in the app that sends a direct opening signal to the hardware.

In either case, the app will show you what to do.

How can I access the station?
  1. Access the app of Turicleta and click on “Start route” in your reservation.
  2. To enter the Station, press “Generate code”.
  3. Enter that code at the door of the Station of your reservation...

And you will be able to enter!

Remember: You will be able to access your station 10 minutes before the start of your reservation.

What is Turicleta?

Turicleta is a mobile application that allows you to discover tourist destinations and rent bicycles to explore the city in an ecological, fun, and healthy way. We offer guided tours and bicycle rentals with stations located at strategic points.

How can I register in the application?

To register, download the app from the App Store or Google Play, open the app and select "Create account". You can register using your email, Google account, or Facebook. Complete your profile with your basic information and you're all set! You can now start exploring.

How do I book a bike tour?

From the main screen, explore the available tours in the "Tours" section. Select the tour that interests you, review the details (duration, points of interest, level of difficulty), choose date and time, and confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation by email.

¿Puedo cancelar mi reserva?
Sí, puedes cancelar tu reserva hasta 24 horas antes del inicio del tour sin ningún cargo. Para cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas de anticipación, se aplicará un cargo del 50%. Las cancelaciones se pueden realizar desde la sección "Mis Reservas" en tu perfil.
¿Qué métodos de pago aceptan?
Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito y débito (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), así como pagos a través de Apple Pay y Google Pay. También puedes utilizar el saldo de tu wallet dentro de la aplicación si has recargado previamente.
¿Es seguro guardar mi tarjeta en la aplicación?
Absolutamente. Utilizamos Stripe, una plataforma de pagos líder en el mundo, con cifrado de nivel bancario y cumplimiento PCI DSS. Tus datos de pago están protegidos con la misma seguridad que usan instituciones financieras. Nunca almacenamos la información completa de tu tarjeta en nuestros servidores.
¿Qué hago si tengo un problema con la bicicleta durante el tour?
Si experimentas algún problema mecánico con tu bicicleta, no te preocupes. Primero, intenta solucionarlo con el kit de herramientas básico incluido. Si el problema persiste, contacta con nuestro soporte 24/7 desde la app (botón SOS). Te proporcionaremos asistencia en carretera o te indicaremos la estación más cercana para cambiar de bicicleta sin costo adicional.
Where can I find the bike stations?

You can see all the bike stations on the interactive map of the app. Each station shows the availability of bikes in real time, exact address, operating hours, and available services (restrooms, water, workshop). You can also enable notifications to learn about new stations near your location.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to your profile by tapping the user icon in the upper right corner. From there, select "Edit profile" where you can update your photo, name, email, phone, and language and notification preferences. Changes are saved automatically when you exit the editing screen.

I've never ridden an electric bike before. What should I know?
It's just like a regular bicycle, but with electric assistance that you can easily control from the handlebar screen. If you have any questions, tutorial videos are available in the "Help" section of our App.
